Katarzyna Iwinski

Katrina Iwinski is an award-winning full-time Sales Associate with Better Homes and Gardens Coccia Realty’s Rutherford office which covers Northern New Jersey including Bergen, Passaic, Essex, and Hudson Counties.

Katrina specializes in residential and multifamily sales and rentals as well as landlord-tenant representation. She is skilled in negotiating and marketing. Her work ethic adds a level of professionalism to all transactions. In addition, she serves as a property manager for several rental properties, expanding her knowledge of the real estate industry.
Her previous experience as a Banquet Sales Manager enabled a smooth transition into her career in Real Estate. This strengthened her listening and communications skills while building trusting relationships with her clients.

Katrina speaks several languages including English, Polish, Greek, and Russian which broadens her sphere of real estate connections.
